Liebe Filmfans,

nächste Woche ist es soweit und unser Open-Air-Festival auf dem GARNIX (http://www.garnix-festival.de) beginnt!

Den Anfang bildet am Montag (03.06.) der Film "Sauerkrautkoma", der neueste Eberhoferkrimi. Dorfpolizist Franz muss mit seiner Versetzung in die Hauptstadt München kämpfen und findet natürlich auch mal wieder eine Leiche, die seine Aufmerksamkeit fordert. Schon am folgenden Abend (Dienstag, 04.06.) könnt ihr dem Protest eines ganzen Dorfes gegen eine Wiederaufbereitungsanlage in dem spannenden Film "Wackersdorf" folgen. Nach einem Tag Pause geht es am Donnerstag (06.06.) musikalisch mit "The Greatest Showman" im Originalton auf Englisch weiter. Hugh Jackmann entführt uns in die Welt des Showbiz und zeigt, dass es nicht immer rund geht, aber mit dem richtigen Lied und einer Familie alles möglich ist.

Anders als sonst beginnt der Einlass um etwa 20.30 Uhr und die Filme starten erst ab etwa 22 Uhr, sobald es ausreichend dunkel ist. Vorverkaufskarten zum Standardpreis von 3€ bekommt ihr an den normalen Vorverkaufsstellen, sowie der GARNIX-Kasse.

Zu finden sind wir neben dem GARNIX am Vorplatz der Fakultät für Mathematik/Informatik am Campus Garching.

Da es ein Open Air ist, denkt dran eine Picknick-Decke und ausreichend warme und unter Umständen regenfeste Kleidung mitzunehmen. Stühle und andere sperrige Gegenstände sind auf unserer Veranstaltungsfläche nicht erlaubt. Allerdings verkaufen wir erstklassige Flauschedecken! Die Vorstellung wird auch bei leichtem Regen stattfinden. Falls das Wetter zu widrig ist, wird die Veranstaltung auf einen Donnerstag nach dem Open Air in den HS1200 verlegt und die Eintrittskarten behalten ihre Gültigkeit. Im Falle einer Absage wird es alle nötigen Informationen über unsere bekannten Informationskanäle geben.

Verpflegung könnt ihr euch selbstverständlich vom GARNIX mitbringen!

Dear friends of the tu film,

next week our Open Air at the GARNIX festival (http://www.garnix-festival.de) starts again!

On Monday (03.06.) we will start with "Sauerkrautkoma", on Tuesday (04.06.) we will show the movie "Wackersdorf" and on Thursday (06.06.) "The greatest Showman" will be shown in English.

Start of admission will be at 20:30 o'clock and the beginning of the movie will be at around 22:00 o'clock, when it is sufficiently dark. Presale tickets will be available for 3€ at our standard presale locations as well as the box office of the GARNIX.

You can find our Open Air next to the GARNIX in front of the Mathematics and Computer Science faculty at the campus Garching.

Don't forget to bring blankets and maybe warm clothing since it might get cold. Bulky objects as well as umbrellas won't be allowed but we sell fluffy blankets. If it is slightly raining the movie will still be shown but if the weather is too unfavorable the screening will be retaken at the main campus on a subsequent Thursday. Tickets will keep their validity. If we have to cancel the show we will inform you via our standard information channels.

Of course you can bring food and drinks from the GARNIX!
